Sleeper Supplies - Terms and Conditions

An acknowledgment of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after your order has been received. No contract exists between you and Sleeper-Supplies until Sleeper-Supplies has received and accepted your offer to buy the goods by sending a second e-mail to you.
Your order or our acknowledgment of it is not acceptance of your offer to buy the goods, this will be sent by e-mail after your order. However we do reserve the right to terminate the contract in the event that the goods are unavailable, mis-priced or payment is not received.
Dates or periods for delivery stated in the contract are only approximate and not essential terms unless in the circumstances of any particular case the parties agree guaranteed delivery dates and the contract so provides.
Should you wish to return goods for any reason you have the right to do so within 7 working days of receiving the goods. The full cost of the goods and the initial postage costs if applicable will be refunded to the original credit/debit card.
Should you wish to exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Sleeper-Supplies. Notification by phone will only be accepted if preceding full written confirmation of cancellation via post or e-mail to the addresses shown in your confirmatory e-mail.
Goods supplied to your own size, design or specification may not be returned.
Sleepers may not be returned after treatment with anything such as but not limited to wood stain, wax, oil or preserver.
In the case of any suspected defect or damage, please contact us as soon as possible and in all cases before returning goods.
In the case of returning goods you will be responsible for returning the goods to Sleeper-Supplies at your own cost and expected to take necessary precautions to prevent any damage in transit. If we are notified that you believe the returned goods to be damaged or faulty, upon receiving the goods Sleeper-Supplies will inspect the faults or damage with view to a full refund and reasonable postage reimbursement where applicable.
The goods must be returned to the correct address, please contact us for confirmation before returning items. With larger items it may be possible for Sleeper-Supplies to collect the goods from you with appropriate arrangements.
Where they Seller's website and correspondence specifies dimensions of products, it must be noted by the Buyer that these dimensions are approximate and subject to tolerances. Illustrations of products are representations and do not form part of the contract of purchase.
Sleeper-Supplies do not accept liability for goods being undelivered due to poor accessibility or the buyer being unprepared for delivery of the goods.
Please remember that wood is a natural product and is susceptible to movement and weathering as it seasons. It is not uncommon for some splits to occur as the wood dries out. This is not a fault in the product but a part of using natural products.
